We recognize that plans can shift, requiring order cancellations. This policy explains how to do so.

Cancelling Orders Before Shipment

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever happens first.

To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.

If your cancellation request meets the eligibility criteria, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

After an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the product after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Modifications

We do not currently allow changes to items or shipping addresses after an order is placed. If changes are needed, you will have to cancel the original order (if eligible) and place a new one.
