By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below for returns and refunds. If you need to send an order back, our return guidelines are designed to make the process straightforward.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Retain all tags, labels, and original boxes.
  • Not have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service team within this period to initiate the process. Items failing to meet these requirements cannot be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Submit a Request

Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to skypeaksystemsprivatelimited@gmail.com.

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos showing the issue to help speed up processing.

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these guidelines.

Refund Process & Timeline

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets return conditions. You will receive confirmation regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent once completed.

Partial Refund Guidelines

If an item partially meets the return criteria (for example, minor damage or missing packaging), we may provide a partial refund at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos or videos of the issue via email so we can address it promptly.
